Step 1

Complete a detailed intake form and record your ClickUp “Virtual Tour”. Detailing your needs and goals for our work together is super important. The more I know about your current processes and challenges the more productive and efficient we can be with our time together. So take your time on this step! 

Step 3


Once you’ve completed your “homework”, I will send you a link to schedule your session.

Step 4

ClickUp Workspace Audit

Using your Virtual Tour, I will review all of the details you provided and conduct an audit to determine our plan forward.

Step 5

Session – We get to work!

We’ll meet via Zoom for a productive working session.

Detailed Action Plan

Following our session, I will design a customized action plan and implementation strategy as needed to fit your unique objectives.

Step 7

Implementation – one week

Using the action plan as a guide, you will work to implement and create your ideal ClickUp Workspace. I will be available via private Slack channel to answer any burning questions before our follow up session.

Step 8

Follow up Session

During this working session we will review the plan, answer questions, make tweaks… and if you’re ready, we can add some power-ups to your Workspace to take things to the next level!

When can we start?

I only work with a limited number of clients at the same time to ensure I can deliver the high touch service you deserve. Typically…

→  ClickUp-CheckUps  [ one-time consulting sessions ]   are available within five business days.

→  ClickUp-TuneUps  [ my more intensive program ]  currently have a lead time of 10-14 days to get started.

→  ClickUp-SetUps  [ custom consulting projects ]  require a discovery call to determine the project scope and timeline.

How are the sessions structured?

Our work sessions will take place virtually on Zoom. I will structure an agenda based on your intake form answers, your ClickUp virtual tour, and my behind-the-scenes Workspace audit.

What do we need to get started?

→  A paid ClickUp account (unlimited, business or enterprise)

→  Invite me to your Workspace as an Admin. I will perform a behind-the-scenes Workspace Audit to prepare for our kickoff session.

→  A ClickUp virtual tour of your Workspace. I need you to do screen recording of your ClickUp to walk me through your current set up, talk about your workflows and show me your pain points.

→  Your SOPs documented with clear steps, timeline, assignees and deliverables.

*What if you’re not there yet? What if everything is in your head? Don’t fret, that’s what we’re here for. So let’s just take one task/process at a time, document it and then implement it. The goal being that once everything is set up in ClickUp you can start delegating and stop “doing-all-the-things”.

How long does the process take?

It really depends on the complexity of your project. Also, things go a lot faster if you have SOPs and your processes documented already!

→  ClickUp-CheckUps are a one-time session. Once you complete your homework (your intake form & ClickUp virtual tour), I need about 3 days prior to our call to complete a behind-the-scenes Workspace audit.

→  ClickUp-TuneUps are typically about a 2-week process. I find that having 2 weeks between our sessions gives me time to create an action plan AND gives you time to implement the changes. Then we regroup for a follow-up session.

→  ClickUp-SetUps completely depend on the scope of your project as well as the current state of your SOPs.

Do you set up ClickUp for me?

My role is to show you, teach you, help you, and guide you to design your ClickUp around your unique business and personal needs. You’ll bring your business expertise and I’ll bring my ClickUp expertise, and together we will set up a custom system that works FOR YOU.

Do you provide ongoing support?

Yes, absolutely! We offer ClickUp monthly maintenance packages to provide you with continued support and training.

Can I migrate my data from another tool?

Yes, absolutely! I am happy to migrate data from your previous project management tool so that you can be up and running in no time!

Can I integrate ClickUp with my other software?

The short answer is “probably”.

→  ClickUp has many native system integrations built into the platform.

→  I can also use an integration tool (Zapier, Integromat, or Integrately) to set up custom integrations and automations.

→  Lastly, ClickUp allows custom embedding! So often times we can embed your other platforms right into ClickUp so you don’t have to switch back and forth! 

I will work with you to make sure your unique tech stack is as streamlined as possible.

What is the cancellation policy?

Rescheduling Policy: Things come up, I get it! I promise to respect your time, and I hope you’ll return the favor. Please provide 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule.

Cancellation Policy: Full refunds minus a $15 service fee are given with 24 hours notice of cancellation. If you cancel within 24 hours of our scheduled appointment, 50% of your fee will be refunded. No-shows are non-refundable.
